-1lb chicken leg, boneless, skinless
-2 tbsp Sha Cha sauce
-2 tbsp soy sauce
-1 tbsp sugar
-1/2 minced ginger (or ginger powder)
-2 cloves garlic, pressed/minced
-1 tbsp oyster sauce
-1/2 tsp salt
-2 tbsp cornstarch
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Marinate chicken with the sauce for at least 3 hours. BBQ
